These are protein powders I have tried. I only mix protein powder with milk. If you mix protein powder with water please seek professional help.
I typically mix 22oz of whole milk, one scoop of protein powder, and 6g micronized creatine.

Notes: Tastes bad. Fine if blended with berries.

Notes: Tastes good. Even better when mixed with some peanut butter.

Dunkin’ Cappuccino

  • 1g fat

  • 120mg Sodium
  • 2g Carbs
    • 1g sugar
  • 25g Protein

Notes: It tastes like something that’s meant to taste like coffee. Not coffee, but specifically something flavored like coffee.
Pretty good. Surprisingly, not overly sweet.
Costs a bit much and is only available in 20 serving portions.
Presence of caffeine makes no difference to me because I have an incredibly high tolerance for it.
