These are protein bars I have tried.

Pure Protein

Chocolate Peanut Butter

Per bar:

  • 200 calories
  • 7g fat
    • 3g saturated fat
  • 10mg Cholesterol
  • 200mg Sodium
  • 17g Carbs
    • 1g Fiber
    • 2g Sugar
    • 6g Sugar Alcohol
  • 20g Protein

Pros: Cheap, taste good, plenty of protein
Cons: Soy protein, Maltitol syrup (corn syrup)
Notes: I like these. They go good with coffee or tea.

Per bar:

Pros: Cheap, taste good, plenty of protein
Cons: Soy protein, Maltitol syrup (corn syrup)
Notes: Slighly worse than the chocolate peanut butter bars. Taste like lemon bars but less flavorful.

Pros: Natural ingredients
Cons: Expensive, only 12g protein, doesn’t taste great
Notes: I think these only work as a snack and not a viable source of protein. They’re chewey as all hell too. Not worth the price IMO.
